3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4-1 oz Strawberry Syrup or Jam
Top with Soda or Flat Water
Strawberry Syrup: Mix one cup of water, one cup of sugar and one cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen) and cook until sugar dissolves and fruit is soft. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Put the syrup and cooked strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Push syrup through a fine strainer to remove any pulp or seeds. Place an airtight container in the fridge for a month or in the freezer for 6 months.
Note: Recipe is a good base syrup for all your favorite berries of fruit- try blackberry or peach!
