1 1/2 oz R6 Vodka

3/4 oz Lemon Juice 

3/4 oz Simple Syrup 

3-4 Strawberries 

Muddle strawberries and add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and top with a 1-2 oz soda water.  Fine strain the cocktail into a collins glass.  Garnish with fresh strawberries. 

1 1/2 oz R6 Wheat Whiskey infused with Salted, Roasted Peanuts for 2-3 days. 

1/4 oz Concord Grade Reduction (1 Cup Concord Grade Juice and 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minuets) 

3 Dashes of Fee Brothers Cranberry Bitters 

3 Dashes of Fee Brothers Barrel-Aged Bitters 

Stir over ice and garnish with fresh grapes and rim half the glass with crushed peanut butter cookies.  

1 1/2 oz R6 Blue Corn Bourbon 

1/2 tsp Maple Syrup 

8 Drops R6 Coffee Bitters 

Stir over ice and garnish with an orange twist.

1 1/2 oz R6 Vodka or R6 Gin 

3/4 oz Lime Juice 

3/4 oz Simple Syrup 

4-6 Blueberries 

2 Mint Sprigs 

Muddle the blueberries, one mint sprig and lime juice.  Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.  Strain with a fine strainer over fresh ice, crushed if available. Garnish with a lime and mint sprig.
