We collaborated with over a dozen breweries across the United States—from Hawaii to Chicago—to create a unique spirit. We started by designing a new recipe, brewing the beer together at the brewery, then transporting the wort to R6. At R6 we distilled this beer into a whiskey and placed it in carefully and deliberately selected barrels for a minimum of 27 months. The finished spirit is then proofed to 43% ABV, packaged, and released as a one-time-only whiskey. These whiskeys capture the essence of our brewery partners’ and our creativity, as well as showcase our consumer—you—just what it is to take beer into a whiskey through the science of distillation.
